Diet 2

So… 1 and I already fell off the diet wagon. Not intentionally but it happened.

I downloaded a diet plan which had in its menu blended egg whites and oat, uncooked, for breakfast. Even though I was concerned about the fact the recipe says not to cook, I decided I’d try it.

Needless to say, I didn’t even get halfway before I had to throw it all up, and quietly going back to my regular breakfast of white bread with a cup of tea.

So….my diet starts tomorrow. To make sure this works, I’m going to have to go with food I’m comfortable with. Found a meal plan online with Nigerian food, I’ll be going with that.

Looking forward to a better start.
