Hmm…..we never know how much we can truly achieve until we test the limits of our ability. It appears that the only limits are the ones we set for ourselves in our own minds.
I decided I was going to try a 7km walk today and all weekend I couldn’t take my mind off it. Even though I had done 6km before, that extra 1km still appeared like it would be problematic and I had palpitations as I set out this morning.
Guess what? I did it, and at the end of it I felt like I could actually do more if I wanted to, but I leave that more for another day. I am just happy I did it, I tested my limit and discovered I haven’t reached it, not today.
I have done over 24km since I started few weeks ago, I never would have believed it were possible until I actually did it.
I hope to apply this to other aspects of life. No limits! I can do it!! We can do it!!!
