So…..I did my workout at home today, alternately walking and jogging around my sitting room. I avoided the stairs today though😏.
It was more tedious than my outdoor workout because…
- I didn’t have the distraction of nature;
- My kids were excited to see me running around and kept bumping into me;
- I had to almost physically restrain myself from stopping when i got tired.
Anyway, I kept going till I finished and I learnt I don’t need a workout video for when I resume work.
I just need to stay focused on my goal.
