So….along with my exercise and calorie counting/diet, I’ve also been drinking more water. Before now, I rarely drink more than 500mls of water in a day, I just didn’t like the taste of water, especially in the mornings. Now though, as part of my feel better regimen, I have increased my water intake significantly. I take up to 2L per day or more, starting with a glass or two in the morning. Sometimes, I spike it with a lemon (lemonade?). I discovered that sometimes when I think I’m hungry, I’m actually just dehydrated because once I take a glass of water, I can wait for regular mealtime and I don’t eat as much as I normally would, which should be great for weight loss.
P.S.: I checked my weight🙈. It’s either my scale is faulty or I haven’t lost any weight because my weight (according to my scale) keeps hovering around my start numbers in weight loss journey x.0. I’ll be confirming upon resumption at work and I hope the scale at work is kinder to me.
