So….I thought I should be able to squeeze in a workout when I have to spend at least 32hours at work. Yesterday was my first 32hours since resumption and I’ve concluded it’s impractical for me to workout at work, the environment and my unpredictable schedule won’t allow.
I also don’t want to smell of sweat while attending to clients.
I gave it some thought and decided to declare a rest day for myself, at least one day a week or 8days a month which is the number of times I’m likely to work those shifts.
I believe that’s fair especially as I read that a rest day is as important as a workout day to allow the body to recover.
