So….I had a busy weekend and didn’t get a chance to bake as I had planned.

I finally got around to baking yesterday, I made low calorie cupcakes, each under a hundred calories. It had almonds, yoghurt and some of the other good stuff.

It was yummy and I could eat it without feeling like I ruined my diet or anything. No guilt.

Couldn’t get a prettier picture😏.

I had one of these babies for dinner and another one for breakfast. Wow, even if I say so myself😉.
