Two days ago, I cheated.
I ate all the things I was supposed to be cutting out, cake, cookies in all their high caloried glory.
I also did not workout.
I had just realised I had been on this journey for going on two months and even though I wasn’t expecting to loose all the weight in one day, I still felt like I deserved more than just two inches in waist circumference.
So…..I allowed myself a cheat day🙈.
I picked myself up the next day though and I’m back to winning ways.
I also checked my weight and it’s down by 1.3kg (2.8lbs). I realise there’s still a long way to go, in fact a very long way to go, but it’s a start..💪 and giving up is not an option.
