So….I decided it was time to start training for the February 10km marathon I registered for.
I got an app from google playstore to guide me.
I was supposed to do 8 runs in a 30minutes workout, each run being 1minute each. I had never really done a run before but I thought, how different can it be from a power walk?😏
I tried the workout indoors few days ago, and I thought, piece of cake.
I took my training outdoors today.
I was only able to complete 4 out of 8runs😅😂. My calf muscles are killing me😂😂😂.
To think I have to do this almost everyday until the actual run in February🙆😪😅.
To think I have to do a 10km run😎.
I shall overcome😁😉😎.
