Training, or not!

So….I decided it was time to start training for the February 10km marathon I registered for.

I got an app from google playstore to guide me.

I was supposed to do 8 runs in a 30minutes workout, each run being 1minute each. I had never really done a run before but I thought, how different can it be from a power walk?๐Ÿ˜

I tried the workout indoors few days ago, and I thought, piece of cake.

Hmmm………

I took my training outdoors today.

๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜

I was only able to complete 4 out of 8runs๐Ÿ˜…๐Ÿ˜‚. My calf muscles are killing me๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚.

To think I have to do this almost everyday until the actual run in February๐Ÿ™†๐Ÿ˜ช๐Ÿ˜….

To think I have to do a 10km run๐Ÿ˜Ž.

I shall overcome๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜‰๐Ÿ˜Ž.
