The last few days, I’ve done my workout indoors, because I’ve only been able to make out time late at night.
So, it’s largely been with my kids running around and under my feet.
As stressful as that is, I’m glad they get to work out too, and they serve as my alarm clock/reminder and enforcers should I get lazy.
Meanwhile, the day of the marathon draws closer. More workouts ahead of me.
Question: Do I have to run the entire length of the marathon? Or could I alternate between walks and runs?
