The last three days have been busy for me, I’ve been tired a lot and haven’t been able to workout. Deliberate workout I mean. Sounds like I’m just making excuses even to myself, but I really have been tired. Despite the lack of deliberate workout though, I’m still able to log in an average of 6000 steps per day, that’s 4000 steps less than my daily goal but I’m sure it must count for something, right? I hope to make the coming weekend count, because this weight won’t loose itself.
