Mirrors

on

I’ve always wanted a full length mirror but I just never got around to it.

Some of my weight loss efforts of the past started after I looked at myself in a full length mirror while visiting family or friends.

A small mirror can give a false sense of security, it can hide things a full length mirror would reveal.

I got to look at myself in a full length mirror this past weekend and it showed me I still have a long way to go on my journey.

The fact I’m even working out at all is a win for me, but the biggest win of all would be reaching my ideal weight.
