Time

Sometimes, there’s just not enough time in the day to do all I need to do.

The last few weeks have been a testament to that fact. So many things I’d like to get done, but so little time.

My weight loss journey has suffered some setback as I’ve been inconsistent with my workout, mostly because there’s just not enough time in the day, and at the end of my day I’m completely exhausted.

I need to re-strategize, because now I’m afraid of my scale again, which isn’t cool.
