I had a very intense workout this morning, intense by my standards at least.
At the end I thought to myself, that was a good workout because I was sweating and my muscles ached, which got me thinking, what’s the measure of a good/an effective workout?
So, I went to Google and found this👇
It appears I’ve been measuring this the wrong way.
I’ll be monitoring my heart rate pre and post-workout from tomorrow, gradually working my way down that list.
