I slept later than usual last night so I started to feel like I needed to go back to sleep right after my morning prayers, although to be honest, sleeping after my morning prayers is normal for me when I don’t have to go to work or prep the kids for school.

In fact, to be totally honest, sleeping anytime and anywhere is no problem for me, I can count on the fingers of my hands the number of times I haven’t had a nap during high stake exams🙈, I call them power naps😉. I love sleep, and I learnt you can burn calories while asleep, so, winning…

Anyway, I digress.

Today, I abandoned sleep for a workout, that’s the moral of my story😁.
